What if my item doesn’t fit when it arrives?
We want every piece to feel right on your body.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, store credit, or a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Yes. We’ll keep you informed when your order is ready to be packed and again once it’s on its way.
Are pre-order pieces exactly the same as the photos?
Our garments are made from natural fibres, including linen and cotton. This means there may be subtle variations in wash, texture, or finish. These differences are part of the material’s character and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
Will my order ship separately if I purchase in-stock and pre-order styles together?
If your order includes two pieces and contains both in-stock and pre-order styles, everything will ship together once all pieces are ready. If you’d prefer split shipping, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll arrange this for you.
